CHANGES IN BY-LAW AMENDMENTS
On Thursday August 11, 2005, after a preliminary vote by the HPROA Board of Directors, the proposed updated By-Laws for the Houston Police Retired Officers Association were presented for consideration to the attendees at the regular meeting. After comments by members the revised By-Laws were approved and adopted as written.
A huge round of appaluse was accepted by Nelson Foehner in behalf himself and the other members of his By-Law team, Jack Miller, and Jerry DeFoor.
