ELAINE FOLTZ: (11-28-07) Larry Foltz reports that his wife, Elaine, had to be taken to the emergency room in Wharton on 11-24-07 where she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She was still in ICU on 11-27-07. Her immune system is down due to on-going chemo treatments she was on and the pneumonia that she has is resistant to the antibotics. DOYLE GREEN: Judy writes that Doyle had double doses of chemo this past Sat and Sun which left him very swollen, tired and emotional. He had off Monday and today he was to have his stem cell transplant at M.D. Anderson. He will be allowed to stay at home and will have no immune system during a four to six week process. He will not be able to have any visitors and will spend most of this time in bed and he will be very weak. He must walk 10 minutes 3 times a day and must eat although the chemo causes sores in the mouth. Although this will be an extremely difficult treatment over an extended period, Doyle and Judy feel that he will successfully complete this procedure and at the end he will be well. Please pray for Doyle and Judy throughout the coming days and weeks that God would give Doyle the strength and endurance and the never ending will to get better and regain his good health.
