Call to Order:  The meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m.

Absent:   Walschburger, Miller

Sergeant at Arms:  Robert Crane  

Parliamentarian:  Anthony Kivela

Determination of Quorum: A quorum was present.

Treasurer’s Report and Minutes of Previous Meeting: 
Motion by Ashby, 2nd by Blair to approve minutes and treasurer’s report as printed.  Voice Vote.  Motion Carried.

Minutes of Previous Meeting:
Motion by David Kalich, 2nd by Matt Potell to approve the minutes as printed. Voice Vote. Motion Carried.

Acknowledged and welcomed the first time attendees.

Warriors’ Weekend Project 
Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Houston Intercontinental Airport, Terminal B.  Breakfast will be at 10 a.m. at the Airport Police Office in Terminal B.  Warriors will arrive from approximately 1:00 p.m. in Terminal B.  A limited umber of complementary parking spaces will be available in Lots D and E.  An advanced parking request email must be sent to Officer Rowley at with the specific name of the person.  Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Family Assistance Updates
April 2016
Forrest & Sue Turbeville:(4-29-16 nf) Their home took on water during the recent flood event, 4-6 inches throughout the house. They did have flood insurance and adjusters have come out and ServePro was scheduled to be out today to begin cleanup. They are planning to move into their motor home and could be there 2-3 months as they tear out and redo their house. Forrest has requested that any and all emails concerning HPROA business be diverted to my box until he can resume regular email business again. You can contact Forrest at 713-319-5466, give him a call and see if you can give him a hand.
