Retired Police Officer Michael J. Bellipanni, retired from the Houston Police Department March 29, 1991 with 31 years service and passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2001.
At the time of his retirement he was assigned to the Special Operations Division. He joined the department on December 28, 1959, entering Police Academy Class 23.
His body is entrusted with Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21410 Gulf Freeway (Nasa Road Exit) Webster, Texas.
Graveside services will be Friday, December 21, 2001 at 3:00pm
