Howard M. White HPROA member passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Sergeant White joined Police Academy Class #20 on December 29, 1958. He served in the Burglary and Theft Division and retired on March 30, 1990, while last assigned to the Robbery Division. He is survived by his wife, June White and daughter, Susan.
